Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Full Refund: If a customer cancels their enrollment at least 24 hours before the class starts, they are eligible for a full refund. No Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the class, no refund will be given. Missed Classes: If your learner misses a class, you are not entitled to a refund. If your learner does not join the class within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the class may be considered canceled at the teacher's discretion, and no refund will be issued. Multiple Missed Classes: If a learner misses three consecutive classes without communicating with the teacher, the class fee is forfeited, and the teacher reserves the right to cancel the class or withdraw the learner.
