Tental Learning Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. **Full Refund:** Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 24 hours before the class starts.

2. **No Refunds:**
   - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time or after the class has begun.
   - Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or no-shows. However, at the teacher’s discretion, we may offer credit for a future class or transfer your learner to another available section.
   - You will not be refunded if your learner misses a class meeting. If your learner misses three consecutive class meetings without notifying the teacher, you will forfeit the class fee, and the teacher may cancel the class or withdraw your learner. The teacher may offer the option to transfer to another available section or provide a class recording at their discretion.

3. **Late Arrivals:**
   - If your learner does not join the class meeting within 10 minutes after it starts, the teacher may cancel the meeting at their discretion. This will be considered a missed meeting, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. **Special Cases:**
   - In certain exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer a credit or reschedule a class at our discretion.
